Friday, October 4, 2013 was the day Jasmine attended the temple. She was so excited on the car ride - just had this huge smile on her face, and little giggles would spontaneously erupt from her!
It was a wonderful experience to attend the temple with Jasmine.
Jas had both sets of her grandparents there and sister Richelle and her husband Logan.
It was extra special because Jasmine's cousin, Jaime, who got her mission call on the same day as Jasmine, also attended the temple for the first time that day. And it was the day after cousin Grady returned from his mission to Independence Missouri and then Wichita Kansas when the mission was split, so he was there too.

After the temple we all went for treats at Dairy Queen - it's tradition!!!
Jasmine had lots of opportunities to go to the temple during the next two months before leaving on her mission. The youth in our stake had been challenged to find three names of ancestors to take to the temple and do baptisms for during a youth conference. Jordyn, Carlee and Jenna were able to find names and do the baptisms and confirmations for them. Jasmine was able to do many of the endowments for her ancestors before leaving on her mission.
